Life is like writing with a pen.  You can cross out your past, but you can't erase it.  If you can't be a pencil to write someone's happiness, then try to be an eraser to remove their sadness.  Grief is like the ocean; it comes from waves ebbing and flowing.  Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming.  All we can do is learn to swim.  The ocean is wide enough for all of us to sail comfortably.

Life is a journey that must be traveled no matter how bad the roads and accommodations.  The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.  Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.  " He who fears he will suffer, already suffers because he fears.  If you fight, you might lose; if you don't, you have already lost ".  I do not fear being alone, I fear being in a room full of people I cannot trust.  Never trust words some people have sugar on their lips but venom in their hearts.  The trust of the innocent is the liar's most useful tool.  Don't depend too much on anyone in this world because even your own shadow leaves you when you are in darkness.  If you don't have any shadows you're not in the light.  The brighter the light, the darker the shadow.  Move out of the darkness of grief and into the light of life.  Let your light shine so brightly that others can see their way out of the dark.

People who have no life will always try to start drama in yours.  Everybody has a chapter they don't read out loud.  Every heart hides many wounds that never bleed.  Everyone has untold stories of pain and sadness.  You cannot expect to give bad and receive good.  You cannot expect to give good and receive bad.  Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace.  You can't fix someone who doesn't want to be fixed.  But you can ruin your life by trying.  We were born to be real, not perfect.  I don't regret the things I did wrong.  I regret the good things I did for the wrong people.  When things go bad, remember that it's just a chapter.  Turn the page; never close the book.  I am grateful for every scar; some pages turned, some bridges burned, but there were lessons learned.  Sometimes you need to give up on people, not because you don't care, but because they don't.

Human beings are born with different capacities.  If they are free, they are not equal.  And if they are equal, they are not free.  Every emotion has a story to tell.  The world is a mixture of people.  Spoilt people live rotten lives.  The wrong people will always teach us the right lesson.  It's not what we have in life that matters, but who we have in life.  The hardest thing to learn in life is which bridge to cross and which to burn.  We just need to know which hand to shake and which hand to hold.  The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.  Sometimes I wish I could change some things that happened in the past, but the rear view mirror is so small and the windshield is so big.  You'll just be crashing.  If you never take your eyes off the rearview mirror.  Your eyes are placed in the front because it is more important to look ahead than to look back.  Where you are headed is much more important than what you've left behind.  Drive carefully on this road called "life" because people will switch lanes on you without a signal.  Overcome the devils with a thing called "love".  There is no love without forgiveness, and there is no forgiveness without love.  I will bury my tears beneath the ground and wait for new life to grow.  We're on Earth.  There's no cure for that.

Human life struggles between wisdom and stupidity.  Insecure people put others down to raise themselves.  Some people will never like you because your spirit irritates their demons.  No matter how kind or generous you are you will never satisfy an ungrateful person.  Be careful who you let on your ship, because some people will sink the whole ship just because they can't be the captain.  Don't make excuses for horrible people.  You can't put a flower in an axhole and call it a "vase".  You cannot expect a person to behave in a manner that is not in their character.  Don't be angry with people who don't have the capacity to change.  It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken adults.  Correct a fool, and he will hate you.  Correct a wise man, and he will appreciate you.  You are not obligated to sacrifice your peace for those who are not at peace with themselves.  Don't worry about people who aren't happy for you.  They probably aren't happy for themselves either.  Only people who aren't happy with themselves are mean to others.  Sometimes when people can't get what they want from you they cut you off, spread lies about you or recruit others to hate you.  Some people aren't loyal to you; they are loyal to their need of you.  Once their need changes, so does their loyalty.  Some people create their own storms, then get upset when it rains.  They muddy the water to make it seem deep.  You could give some people a drop of water, and they'd still appreciate you.  You could give other people the entire ocean, and they'd still take you for granted.  Some of the most miserable people are those who only care about themselves, understand only their own troubles, and see only their own perspective.  People will never truly understand something until it happens to them.  Never argue with stupid people; they will drag you down to their level and then beat you up with experience.  No matter how good you are, people will judge you according to their own insecurities.  If haters are trying to pull you down, then it means you are above them.  If you hate a person, then you're defeated by them.

Every human bleeds the same color.  A lot of things broke my heart but fixed my vision.  Don't allow anyone to make you feel like you're not good enough.  Some people are like birds.  You teach them to fly, and once they are in the air, they shit on you.  When people say they cannot see anything good in you, hug them and say that  "life is difficult for the blind".  Don't seek revenge.  Be careful what you tolerate, you are teaching people how to treat you.  The rotten fruits will fall by themselves.  Never argue with someone whose TV is bigger than their bookshelf.  Never argue with a liar.  You can't win because they believe their own lies.  They aren't sorry for what they did, they are sorry because you found out.  Sometimes its not the people who change, its the mask that falls off ?  Keep your distance from people who will never admit they are wrong and always try to make you feel like it's all your fault.  If you close your eyes to facts, you will learn through accidents.

People abandon you in the wind, a dog follows you through the storm.  I do not wonder if animals have souls, but I have concerns about some people.  Bees cannot convince monkeys that honey is sweeter than bananas; bees can’t explain to flies that honey is better than shit.  A quiet tiger is more dangerous than a barking dog.  A snake only sheds its skin to become a bigger snake.  Bees that have honey in their mouths have stings in their tails.  A fish with his mouth closed never gets caught.  The largest fish in the river grew to its size, not because of its strength but because it learned not to bite a baited hook.  Never tease an old dog; he might have one bite left.  You can't expect a wolf to play with you and not eventually bite.  Never to wrestle with a pig.  You get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it.  A rat in a maze is free to go anywhere, as long as it stays inside the maze.

Competition is the law of the jungle, but cooperation is the law of civilization.  We appreciate good people.  They are hard to come by.  Life is too short for long-term grudges.  Holding a grudge doesn't make you strong; it makes you bitter.  When you are a good person, you don't lose people; they lose you.  Forgiving doesn't make you weak; it sets you free.  Don't pour your sunshine into someone who doesn't think of you as their sky.  Don't break a bird's wings and then tell it to fly.  Don't break a heart and then tell it to love.  Don't break a soul and then tell it to be happy.  Don't see the worst in a person, and expect them to see the best in you.  Don't judge people and expect them to stand by your side.  Don't play with fire and expect to stay perfectly safe.  It won't be easy to have a kind heart in a cruel world.  Some people come into our lives as blessings.  Some come into our lives as lessons.  People walk out of your life, but it's not the end of your story.  It's just the end of their part in your story.  Tables turn, bridges burn, and we live and learn.  If respect is no longer being served, leave the table.

We don't meet people by accident.  Everything happens for a reason.  They are meant to cross our path for a reason.  If life gives you lemons, make lemonade; if life offers you tequila, make margaritas.  Those people who treat you wrong be sure you thank them for making you strong.  Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace.  It's never nice to lose someone close to you; unfortunately, life goes on, and we have to make peace with it and move on.  Life is too short to waste your time on people who don't respect, appreciate, and value you.  Spend your life with people who make you smile, laugh, and feel loved.  Accept people as they are, but place them where they belong.  You are the CEO of your life.  Hire, fire and promote accordingly.  If they stand behind you, protect them.  If they stand beside you, respect them.  If they stand against you, defeat them.

Better a cruel truth than a comfortable delusion.  It is better to lose others than to lose yourself to fit in.  The deepest pain I ever felt was denying my own feelings to make everyone else comfortable.  l used to tolerate a lot because I didn't want to lose people.  Now I establish boundaries because I don't want to lose myself.  You did what you did; I felt how I felt, and it is what it is.  Everything that needs to be said has already been said.  But, since no one was listening, everything must be said again.  " I lost myself trying to please everyone else.  Now I'm losing everyone while I'm finding myself ".  I'm sorry for not stitching up your wounds.  I was busy bleeding too.  Life is full of experience, lessons, heartbreak, and pain.  But, has also shown me love, beauty, possibility, and new beginnings.  Embrace it all, it makes us who we are, and after every storm comes a clear sky.

Cry a river; build a bridge. Get over it.  Don't allow your wounds to transform you into someone you are not.  No matter how nice or kind you are, how caring you are, or how loving you are, it just isn't enough for some people.  You can love them, forgive them, and want good things for them, but still move on without them.  No matter how much hurt has come to you, you'd never want hate to come from you.  Two wrongs don't make a right.  If you can't be a highway, just be a trail.  If you can't be a sun, be a star.  Be the best of whatever you are.  What is to give light must endure burning.  What you want to ignite in others must first burn inside yourself.

Time passes.  People leave.  Feelings change.  Memories fade.  Stuff happens.  Things end.  If you stop for every barking dog, you're never getting home.  Let the dogs bark, the wolves howl, and the crows caw; life goes on.
